## 1. Introdução e Visão Geral

**Calshare** é um ecossistema concebido para eliminar atritos entre prestadores de serviços e os seus clientes no agendamento de marcações. Ao contrário das plataformas de agendamento tradicionais, que exigem que os clientes naveguem por fluxos de reserva complexos, o Calshare combina uma página pública de agendamento esteticamente agradável com um **assistente virtual autónoma alimentada pelo WhatsApp (IA)**.

### Conceitos-Chave

* **Calendários (Agendas):** Estas são as suas páginas públicas de agendamento. Cada calendário tem as suas próprias regras de disponibilidade, duração da sessão, fuso horário e instruções para o assistente de IA.
* **Assistente de IA (Integração com Gemini):** Um bot inteligente que simula interação humana no WhatsApp. Conversa com os seus clientes em linguagem natural, verifica a sua disponibilidade em tempo real e agenda marcações automaticamente.
* **Sessão do WhatsApp (Baileys Node):** Uma ligação direta estabelecida entre o seu telefone e a plataforma Calshare através da leitura de um código QR (semelhante ao WhatsApp Web), garantindo que todas as mensagens são enviadas e recebidas através do seu próprio número.
